Shipping partners and shipment tracking

We ship your order directly from our warehouse in Göttingen, Germany.

Shipping is via DHL.

After placing your order, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this to track the location of your order at any time.

Shipping is free within Germany.

The shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland are €7.50.

For all other EU countries there is a flat shipping fee of €4.45.

Shipping within Germany usually takes 2 to 3 working days after we receive your order.

For deliveries to other countries, the delivery time is usually 4 to 6 days.

During periods of high shipping volume (e.g. Christmas or Black Week), delivery times may be slightly longer.
