Returns and refunds
You can cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the order and return the unused and undamaged goods to us in accordance with our s Right of withdrawal.
If you'd like to return a product, the easiest way to do so is through our online returns process. Sign up here. Below you'll find detailed instructions for the return process.

Online - create your own return easily:
- Click on the profile icon at the top of our shop menu.
- Log in to your account: Enter the email address associated with your order and then click "Continue." Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
- Click "Request a Return" for the order you wish to return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request a Return." You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation.
- Once we have processed your return request, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. The return costs €4.80 and will be deducted from your credit note.
- Pack the return. Feel free to use the shipping envelope your order was delivered in. You can print and attach the return label, or simply show the QR code to DHL.
- Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email and a refund via the original payment method used for your order.
